I took my vehicle in to address a recall notice for the passenger airbag. After the 'work' was done, the "Service Air Bag" like was still on. When I brought it to the attention of the service department, I was told that the airbag indicator light had nothing to do with the recall and was recommended to me to make another appointment for diagnostics. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will not be doing business with Kightlinger in the future and will tell everyone I know to not trust any service work, free or otherwise, that Kightlinger offers. You seem to be more interested in selling vehicles than servicing them properly. 0/10 will not recommend.

Scheduled truck to get service engine light diagnosed and vehicle repaired, they were very quick in the diagnostics and repair, was not waiting over an hr., and the service consultant told me what technician had found, what parts/repairs needed to be completed to get truck back up to 100% operational.

The tire sensors were not functioning properly since my last tire rotation. Three were replaced during this oil change as they were under warranty. The fourth sensor stopped functioning within 60 miles after I left the shop. Frustrating.

Was told the only thing that was wrong with the vehicle was brakes rotors and suspension. Found number other problems. Took it back for them to fix it and they had it a month. They told me everything was fixed before I picked it up, after inspecting the vehicle found that there was a broken exhaust manifold bolt that was causing the engine block to be scorched from the releasing exhaust fumes… by far the shadiest dealership I have ever dealt with!!!! 0 stars

Mr. Gayton had every single thing repaired on his truck at NO COST TO HIM. Just to get the context of this review, Mr. Gayton purchased a 2018 Sierra with 138,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, very soon after he purchased this vehicle there was a transmission problem with the truck. He was given a NO CHARGE loaner truck to drive. Obviously a transmission takes more than a couple days to fix considering we replaced it with a remanufactured transmission. The customer was told upfront about the other repairs that we had to do when the parts came in the day he purchased the vehicle. These parts included new front and rear pads and rotors, new battery, PA state inspection, oil change, serpentine belt, all filters on the vehicle and rear shocks. These repairs did take longer than expected but he had a loaner truck the entire time. After the repairs were completed I personally handed Mr. Gayton a check for $400 for the inconvenience of not having his truck. He also received my loaner truck FULL of fuel and returned it 18 gallons short of being full, I let that slide because of his inconvenience. When we were doing the other work on the truck we noticed a manifold bolt broke so we ordered a manifold. This part would not have been covered under Kightlinger Motors AS-IS policy he bought the vehicle under OR the extended warranty he purchased as it is an exhaust item. But, as an extension of our hospitality, we covered ANOTHER $648 repair for the customer at NO CHARGE!!! Kightlinger Motors always strives to make our customers happy, and to have a great customer experience, as we did for Mr. Gayton.
